It’s a good quality program, which allows sending/receiving faxes with ease. It has many features including the ability to send the fax to predetermined hours, to save incoming faxes in PDF (or print them out), using the scanner to create faxes, and more. Immediately after installation, it automatically searches if your computer has a modem/fax use.
Only drawback-not-completely negligible is that the program is not in Italian (which slightly lowers my opinion). It is not difficult to use, but the novice may have some difficulties. Can be tested without limitations for 30 days (and costs $ 20, much less the most famous Winfax).
SIW has more or less the same functionality of Everest, with the difference that SIW is completely free for personal use (the commercial or technical SIW is virtually identical to the one free) gives us information on all the devices inside of our computer hard drives to the motherboard, CPU, etc.. (Besides this, there is an interesting feature that allows to reveal passwords covered by asterisks within our system, if there we forgotten anyone).
Among the most positive that we should not install, so not going to create problems or possible conflicts with other things already.
I do not really see the same level of Everest in strange or unusual recognition devices, however valid, is free and does not create problems with other programs (there is a paid version of SIW, virtually identical to the free, the only difference is the to save the log files in other formats than HTML).
