It a program for creating slideshows (image gallery) on DVD, the first free program like this (with this quality). It very easy to use and has a number of impressive features (for a program that is entirely free), including the possibility of using more than 140 transition effects between images and the other (all configurable in duration) or even the possibility of animation (each image can be rotated, zoomed, upside down or more, and eventually will create an animation) or even the ability to insert video in avi format.
If you want you can add sound (WAV or MP3), unfortunately you can not put a different track for each image (or group of images), but for now you can only trace amounts throughout the DVD.
Images can also be added to the subtitle (and several configurable for each image).
The final video can be created directly on DVD (ISO format, easily burn), or in other formats, for example. FLV (Flash Video), which can be easily inserted into a website.
And than many paid programs that deal with slideshows. I also wrote a guide for DVD SlideshowGUI useful to those who would not be practical to use with English.

Really great program to capture video created by NCH Software (the house that develops excellent WavePad Sound Editor).
In just 400 kb (!) Debut is able to record the video screen of our computer, adding the ability to insert an audio commentary later. Thus become very handy if you want to create video guides or tutorials.
You can choose the video codec (avi, wmv, etc..), As well as the settings of the codec itself, fully configurable. It can also record from video sources connected to the PC or a webcam.
The video can be configured in the format and size (eg 640×480, etc..). All functions can be performed even Debut keyboard (hotkeys) via combinations configured by the user.
